As the Assistant Community Manager, you play a key role in the successful operation of Seaview Village Apartments, a 133-unit affordable housing community. In partnership with the Community Manager, you are responsible for supporting daily property operations, providing exceptional resident service, maintaining compliance with affordable housing program requirements, and contributing to a safe, welcoming, and well-managed community.  This position requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service while upholding Logan Property Management's standards, policies, and values.  Medical Insurance: Comprehensive medical coverage to ensure the health and well-being of employees and their families.
