Seeking Neuro Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Logan Health Neurosciences – Kalispell, Montana Join a highly collaborative Neurohospitalist team providing advanced neurological care across Northwest Montana while enjoying an exceptional quality of life in the heart of the Flathead Valley. Logan Health is seeking an energetic and motivated   Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant   committed to clinical excellence to join our growing Neurohospitalist program. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced Neurohospitalists in a primarily inpatient setting with no call responsibilities, a flexible schedule, and extensive mentorship and training. Comprehensive Inpatient Neurology Practice Mainly hospital-based care with minimal follow-up clinic responsibilities Join an established Neurohospitalist program consisting of three Neurohospitalists providing 24/7 neurological coverage Consult-focused service supporting the Emergency Department, ICU, hospitalist services, and regional referral network Participate in care across Logan Health Medical Center and 11 rural Montana telestroke sites Active inpatient consult service with diverse and complex neurological cases Collaborative Team Environment Hospital-based group with an emphasis on evidence-based care and a collegial, team-based approach Work closely with Neurohospitalists, Stroke Team RNs, emergency medicine physicians, intensivists, and hospitalists Respond to CODE STROKE activations as part of a coordinated multidisciplinary stroke team Strong physician support and mentorship from providers eager to train and develop APPs Excellent opportunity for APPs seeking specialized neurology experience and professional growth Professional Development Opportunities Comprehensive on-the-job training available Opportunities to work with students, interns, and residents Research opportunities available based on interest Exposure to telestroke services, acute stroke management, and inpatient neurology consultation Grow your expertise within an expanding neuroscience program Position Highlights Full-time Neuro Hospitalist APP opportunity Seeking energetic APP committed to clinical excellence Primarily inpatient practice with limited outpatient responsibilities Participate in daily inpatient neurology consults and rounding Respond to CODE STROKE activations Opportunity for 1-2 clinic half-days weekly focused on hospital follow-up patients Average of 8-20 patient encounters per day Flexible 36-hour work week Typically, Monday-Friday schedule No call responsibilities Competitive compensation package Hospital-based position with strong specialty support Experience level flexibility with extensive physician mentorship and training Technology & Resources Modern facility utilizing the latest technology and equipment Robust telestroke network serving 11 rural Montana communities Dedicated Stroke Team nursing support Comprehensive neurological diagnostic and treatment resources Meditech EMR with transition to Oracle underway Regional tertiary care center with advanced inpatient capabilities What Makes This Opportunity Unique?
