Responsibilities Join our growing Neurology team as an Inpatient Nurse Practitioner providing exceptional care alongside four experienced Neurologists in a collaborative hospital-based practice. Position Highlights 100% inpatient Neurology practice Collaborate with and support 4 board-certified Neurology Physicians Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic neurological conditions Participate in multidisciplinary inpatient care teams Opportunity to work in a well-established and highly respected Neurology program Experience in stroke care is preferred Strong clinical support and collaborative physician partnership Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current state licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner Neurology experience preferred Stroke care experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) CME allowance and paid CME time Retirement savings plan with employer contribution Malpractice coverage Professional growth and development opportunities Annual Salary: $118k-$125k Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Master's degree of Nursing required. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED: BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
