AMLI Residential is hiring a Multi-Site Make Ready Technician to support two luxury apartment communities, AMLI Denargo Market and AMLI Art District, located in Denver's vibrant RiNo neighborhood. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in creating great living spaces, and wants to build maintenance skills in a stable, growing industry. Whether you already have apartment maintenance experience or have developed repair skills through construction, painting, remodeling, or a trade, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs, painting, and general make-ready work to ensure every apartment is move-in ready. What We Offer Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hour In addition, you'll enjoy: Monthly performance bonuses plus year-end bonus opportunities Discount on rent at AMLI apartment communities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement program 20 days of paid time off plus 9 paid holidays Opportunities for training, advancement, and career growth What You'll Do Prepare apartment homes for new resident move-ins Inspect vacant apartments and complete make-ready checklists Perform basic repairs involving: Drywall Painting Plumbing fixtures Electrical components Appliances Carpentry Repair or replace: Blinds Ceiling fans Light fixtures Mirrors Shelving Baseboards Screens Doors and hardware Touch up walls, patch drywall, and assist with painting projects Replace locks and make keys as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with community appearance, grounds, and cleaning projects when needed Work alongside an experienced maintenance team to deliver exceptional service What We're Looking For Basic experience with painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, construction, handyman work, remodeling, or apartment maintenance Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license Availability to participate in an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends AMLI is an equal opportunity employer.
