HVAC Maintenance Technician – AMLI Arts Center (Atlanta, GA) Looking for a new opportunity as a maintenance professional? AMLI Residential is hiring an EPA-certified HVAC Maintenance Technician. This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced apartment maintenance technician or HVAC technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring residents enjoy a comfortable, well-maintained home. What You’ll Do: Perform general and advanced maintenance repairs, including HVAC troubleshooting, AC repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement Complete HVAC service, preventative maintenance, and system diagnostics , ensuring optimal performance and resident comfort Ensure all vacated apartments are restored to make-ready condition with strong attention to detail Respond promptly to service requests , including air conditioning and HVAC-related issues Participate in an on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed) Conduct inspections and assist with preventative maintenance , including HVAC systems, pool care, exterior lighting, and filters Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly manage tools, equipment, and inventory Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Pay + monthly and year-end bonuses Medical, Dental & Vision coverage 401(k) with company match Apartment rental discount (AMLI communities) Tuition reimbursement 20 PTO days + 9 paid holidays Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance, HVAC service, or building maintenance EPA Section 608 Certification or Type 1 and 2 required Experience with HVAC systems, AC repair, refrigerant handling, and preventative maintenance Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic to intermediate HVAC repairs independently Availability for on-call and weekend rotation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service AMLI is an equal opportunity employer.
