Job Description: Description of Airbus Innovation Centre (Disruptive Technology Department)   Airbus Innovation Centre is the unique Airbus strategic innovation & Technology unit focused on rapid formation andscaling of disruptive and pioneering ventures to impulse aerospace transformation, strategically position Airbus in new markets, amplify the profitability and sustainability of Airbus core business and the industry's smoothest interface for startups.  Airbus Innovation Centre is incorporated and designed specifically to leverage and monetize Airbus’ rich and diverse assets beyond core in conjunction with global tech and talent, and access to over 1000 Billion EUR available in external investment markets to create real impact at scale. Your main responsibilities ● To lead, direct and coordinate project management activities for Airbus Disruptive Technologies (DT). ● To setup/establish and maintain the tools and process for Airbus DT project Management  ● Responsible for compliance of the tools and process of Airbus DT project Management.  ● Responsible for ensuring all Airbus DT project plans and budgets are consistent with project requirements and context. ● Develops and manages operating budgets as appropriate and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses. ● Monitors risks vs deliveries and ensures adequate mitigation plans, escalate issues and facilitate project reviews with every stakeholder. ● Coordinates and animates project teams across Airbus DT pillars ensuring timely deliveries within cost and quality. ● Work with cross functional teams on assigning tasks, establishing project deliverables and scheduling of those tasks and deliverables. ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and their respective project teams complexity and backgrounds through the entire Project Life Cycle. ● Collect and consolidate management data/reports in order to track performance against Airbus DT goals and strategy. Qualifications: ● A Master’s degree in Business Administration, project management with 7-9 years of experience directly related to the specified responsibilities. ● Proven Self & Team management skills ● Project management certification is preferred ● Multi-project management/portfolio management experience ● Virtual collaboration capabilities ● Good in communication and Experience developing & delivering executive level presentations  ● Team player who enjoys closely working with others Job Disclaimer & Notifications: We bring to the notice of all concerned that Airbus Group India Pvt.
