This individual will be responsible for supporting, identifying, testing, scaling, and optimizing digital growth opportunities across Visa's expanding portfolio of digital experiences and customer engagement channels. The ideal candidate has built their career during the rise of generative AI and modern growth technologies, bringing firsthand experience using AI not simply as a productivity tool, but as a mechanism for experimentation, automation, insight generation, customer acquisition, and scalable growth. They are equal parts growth strategist, digital marketer, data analyst, and AI innovator, with a proven ability to leverage emerging technologies, experimentation frameworks and customer insights to accelerate business outcomes. They are highly curious, entrepreneurial and performance-oriented, with a strong bias toward action and a passion for challenging conventional thinking. Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution while continuously uncovering new opportunities to improve digital acquisition, engagement, conversion and customer experience.
The AI-Native Growth Marketer will support global demand marketing efforts through AI- powered content scaling, conversion rate optimization (CRO), search everywhere optimization (SEO/GEO) strategies, experimentation, digital analytics, customer journey optimization and emerging growth channels. This individual will leverage modern AI platforms, agentic workflows, automation frameworks, synthetic testing methodologies, and growth technologies to uncover opportunities that drive measurable business impact. They will continuously evaluate emerging AI, martech, and digital experience platforms to identify innovations that can improve acquisition, engagement, personalization, and conversion at scale. They will understand how to optimize digital experiences across multiple global and regional markets, using data, testing, localization strategies, and AI-enabled workflows to improve performance at scale. The successful candidate will bring hands-on knowledge of SEO, GEO, web analytics, customer acquisition, content discovery, digital measurement, and experimentation practices while maintaining a relentless focus on business outcomes.
This role requires a candidate who has grown professionally during the rapid rise of generative AI and modern growth technologies. They understand how to leverage AI not only for content creation and productivity, but also for workflow automation, agentic systems, prompt engineering, research acceleration, insight generation, experimentation, and operational scale. They actively evaluate new tools, emerging channels, and evolving consumer behaviors, translating opportunities into measurable growth initiatives. They are comfortable operating within ambiguity, learning quickly through experimentation, and continuously refining strategies based on data and market feedback. This position will play an important role in supporting the long-term digital growth ambitions of Visa's Value-Added Services business.
