In this position, the right candidate will support managing timelines, resolving problems, and coach team members on Agile methodologies; coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups; and drives transparency of contractor efforts across the cyber teams, coordinating with greater Government Agile processes. Position Responsibilities: This position keeps delivery teams running at a cadence, with well-formed backlogs and clear, transparent reporting. Responsibilities include: Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) for assigned teams. Manage each project's scope and timeline; work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide teams toward higher scrum maturity. Remove impediments and resolve conflicts; act as point of contact for team communications. Support Program Increment (PI) planning and coordinating dependencies with other teams. Drive transparency of progress, risks, and metrics using available productivity and collaboration tools. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint. Coordinate across Cyber teams (Policy, Engineering, Operations, Penetration Testing) as assigned. Foster a productive, transparent, non-adversarial working environment. Manage the team backlog in alignment with program planning and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies transparently.
