What you will be doing  You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Graduate Logistics Project Manager and can expect to be involved in the following:   Project work supporting the continuous improvement of the Airbus Logistics and Warehouse organization  Daily operation support across the warehouse department at a multi-program commercial aerospace manufacturing facility, including supporting the Airbus global supply chain.  You will learn how to use SAP MES as well as other Airbus manufacturing ecosystem IT tools  Additionally, you will gain experience and knowledge in lean manufacturing principles as well as an awareness of global supply chain topics  Throughout this program, you will develop as a professional through a series of rotational placements designed to support your professional development. Placements could include: different phases of the manufacturing process in logistics operations roles, rotations through the quality department, or in adjacent departments and/or sites dependent on your personal development needs as determined by you and your manager.  Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position. Throughout the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of Graduate Logistics Project Manager ! What we are looking for To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have: A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of supply chain management or logistics (0 - 3 years of experience) Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English) A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
