AEM Developer - MarTech

In 2026, CourtAvenue launched a dedicated MarTech practice, bringing enterprise platform strategy, systems integration, and digital experience delivery under one roof. Our MarTech team works at the intersection of the CMO and CTO, designing and implementing platform ecosystems across Adobe CX Enterprise, Contentful (now part of Salesforce), Optimizely, and emerging composable stacks. This is disciplined, standards-driven platform delivery that earns trust with client IT and marketing leadership alike. The Front End Developer at CourtAvenue builds within enterprise platforms at a level that earns the trust of client IT teams. On the UnitedHealthcare engagement, this means Adobe Experience Manager first: you understand how AEM structures components, how content is stored and surfaced, and how to build clean, performant front end code within those constraints. This is not a general web development role. You have real Adobe Experience Manager experience, including production work on AEM Sites and Assets. You understand the platform deeply enough to build within it independently, ask the right questions, and surface technical trade-offs before they become build problems. You will work closely with the MarTech architect and a cross-functional delivery team. You own your code, you communicate clearly, and you take quality seriously. Work Environment Our organization follows a structured-hybrid work model, where employees work in an office environment in the middle of the week and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
