Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Analyst - MarTech

In 2026, CourtAvenue launched a dedicated MarTech practice, bringing enterprise platform strategy, systems integration, and digital experience delivery under one roof. Our MarTech team works at the intersection of the CMO and CTO, designing and implementing platform ecosystems across Adobe CX Enterprise, Contentful (now part of Salesforce), Optimizely, and emerging composable stacks. This is not custom development for its own sake: it is disciplined, standards-driven platform delivery that earns trust with client IT and marketing leadership alike. In the MarTech practice, the Business Analyst works at the intersection of marketing, technology, and client operations. This means translating requirements across Adobe CX Enterprise, Contentful, and Optimizely engagements, bridging client stakeholders, creative teams, and platform engineers so everyone is working from the same understanding. You need to know how platforms store and deliver content, what integration looks like at the workflow level, and how to document requirements that a technical team can act on without re-interpretation. Our organization follows a structured-hybrid work model, where employees work in an office environment in the middle of the week and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
