Prepare, revise, format, proofread, print, and route technical and nontechnical documents, correspondence, reports, basic spreadsheets, and presentation slides. Answer phones; schedule calendars, appointments, meetings, and rooms; prepare agendas and record minutes. Distribute physical mail; photocopy and scan; compile reports; maintain records; perform accurate data entry. Create domestic/foreign travel reservations, authorizations, and vouchers; assist with timekeeping reviews and reminders. Operate correspondence, action/issue, FOIA, and other administrative databases; maintain FOIA logs and complete request records within Government timeframes. Cross-train, rotate coverage, and provide absence backfill and authorized event support.
