Administrative Generalist

The schedule for this role is Mon-Fri 8a-4p Please note this is a temp to perm opportunity The Site Administrative Generalist provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for the La Quercia facility in Norwalk, Iowa. This is a hands-on, generalist position designed to support a variety of site needs, including front office and visitor coordination, Human Resources administration, employee safety training and recordkeeping, general office support, and basic non-technical IT assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, dependable, and comfortable working across multiple functions in a manufacturing environment. This position will often serve as a first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and other individuals needing assistance at the facility.
