We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Acute Care Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for patient care and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth. Assess patients to develop and initiate individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, patient needs, and goals Provide direct patient care using established protocols, evidence-based interventions, and patient care guidelines Document evaluation findings, treatment progress, and instructions provided to patients and caregivers accurately and timely Provide appropriate oversight of patient care performed by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians Complete a written plan of care, establish measurable goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive treatment program to achieve those goals Implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs to improve mobility, function, strength, and overall independence Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and professional colleagues, including physicians, nursing staff, case management, and insurance providers, to coordinate care and support optimal patient outcomes Complete required documentation, including progress notes, treatment summaries, and discharge recommendations, to support continuity of care Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current state of Georgia Physical Therapy license, CPR certification Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills Outgoing and energetic personality New graduates are welcome!  Salary Range $75,000-$100000 Sign-on bonuses available MENTORSHIP and continuing education In house APTA accredited RESIDENCY program available Excellent benefits package, including 401k, holidays and paid time off Community service opportunities.
