Activities Assistant

Activity Assistant - Part Time Weekends Mondays and Fridays Victorian Post Acute Pay Range: $21.00-$23.00 per hour Victorian Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and energetic Activity Assistant to support our Activity Director in creating engaging programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents. This role helps provide meaningful activities that support residents' physical, mental, and social well-being. Responsibilities Assist with planning and leading individual, small group, and large group activities Support resident outings, special events, transportation coordination, and activity documentation Encourage participation in hobbies, crafts, games, reading, and other recreational programs Maintain a clean and organized Activity Department while assisting with resident assessments and care plans Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with elderly and disabled residents Benefits Paid Time Off and Sick Leave Holiday Pay and Growth Opportunities Compensation Part -time position $21.00-$23.00 per hour We are an equal opportunity employer.
