Accounts Receivable Internship

Job Responsibilities Gain hands-on experience supporting customer billing and invoicing activities in a fast-paced business environment. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, operations, and finance to address invoicing inquiries and support issue resolution. Assist with invoice processing, validation, and portal submissions to ensure timely customer billing. Develop an understanding of financial systems, customer accounts, and order-to-cash processes. Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance operational effectiveness. Qualifications Currently pursuing a 2 or 4 year accounting, finance, or general business degree Must be available for part-time work for the remainder of 2026.
