Accounting Finance Manager

The Accounting & Finance Manager is responsible for managing the Company's accounting and financial reporting functions, including general ledger activity, financial statements, internal controls, budgeting and forecasting, manufacturing cost accounting, inventory accounting, payroll accounting, tax compliance, audit coordination, financial analysis, and financial reporting through the Company's SAP ERP system.   This position works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and executive management to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain effective accounting controls, support regulatory compliance, and provide financial information and analysis to support operational and strategic business decisions. The position will also play a key role in establishing and improving financial processes, including the Company's annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting and reporting, manufacturing cost and profitability analysis, and standardized monthly financial close
