We are looking to expand our Sales Team with the addition of a full-time Account Manager. Account Manager responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a robust portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and serving as the primary point of contact for contract renewals and client retention. Account Managers liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs. The focus of this role will be on building relationships with existing accounts. Note: This position requires working on-site at our NYC location in a hybrid capacity.
