More than 80% of our leaders started in frontline field positions Free pizza!   Who Thrives Here You may be a great fit if you: Enjoy building relationships and helping customers succeed Work well independently Take ownership Like solving problems and finding solutions Have a competitive spirit and are motivated by results Want a career, not just a job Take pride in doing things the right way Follow through on commitments   Physical & Schedule Requirements This is a physically active role that requires stamina, consistency, and a commitment to safety.  You must be able to: Lift up to 75 pounds Bend, reach, and rotate product regularly throughout the day Climb in and out of a commercial truck multiple times daily Work a 4-day schedule with extended workdays averaging 50+ hours per week What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and commitment to doing things the right way Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Competitive drive and desire to grow your business Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Problem-solving skills and a mindset of ownership High school diploma or GED Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years, including no DUIs Ability to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement Ability to meet Federal DOT medical certification requirements 1+ years of relevant work experience.
