Account Manager

(Mobile Equipment Service Options Inc.) is offering an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager who is ready to grow their career with a fast-growing company. We are searching for a qualified and ambitious individual to manage and coordinate the maintenance needs of our customers’ equipment, truck, and trailer fleets in a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused manner. This role requires strong communication, scheduling, and multitasking skills, along with a commitment to providing superior customer service. Responsibilities Responsibilities will include managing and coordinating maintenance services for customer fleets through effective scheduling and communication, while ensuring efficient operations across departments. Manage and coordinate maintenance needs for customer equipment, truck, and trailer fleets Schedule and maintain daily routes for mobile service technicians Communicate customer requirements, timelines, and service needs to technicians and internal teams Coordinate parts requests and ensure timely ordering and availability Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and database information Provide clear communication with customers regarding schedules, updates, and lead times Collaborate with department managers and technicians to ensure efficient workflow Prepare service invoices and provide maintenance contract billing information to accounting Qualifications Job Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to coordinate effectively between customers, technicians, and internal teams Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling systems, and data entry) Commitment to providing superior customer service MESO Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer of women, minorities, protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
