Requirements: High school diploma required A few years of RBT experience required Must have strong experience working with children who exhibit challenging or difficult behaviors Must be confident, firm, patient, and able to safely manage challenging behaviors ABA therapy experience required Must be able to remain calm and consistent during difficult situations Patient, compassionate, energetic, and reliable Must be committed to helping children learn, grow, and succeed If you are passionate about working with children and have the experience and confidence needed to handle challenging behaviors , we would love to hear from you!
