Role Overview The D472 Administrative Aide will provide support for multiple Engineering groups and a Technical Writing Group. Key Responsibilities Distribution (Electronic and Hard Copy) Database Maintenance Utilize XML and SGML to format technical manuals Technical Manual Updating LAR Processing Typing Correspondences The successful candidate will have well developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. They should demonstrate strong prioritization skills, ensuring tasks and projects are completed efficiently. A commitment to customer service is essential, along with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
