You will independently shape and lead work that crosses functional boundaries, often where the question is still unclear and the path forward must be built. The ideal candidate pairs strategic judgment with operating discipline. You can develop a point of view, earn trust across the company, and drive a complex initiative from an initial question through a decision and into execution.
