ARSIEM is currently looking for an experienced UI Front End Software Engineer to lead a team of UI developers, designing front-end architecture and coding standards while remaining hands-on in development across the full software product lifecycle in an agile environment. Responsibilities span analyzing user requirements to derive design and performance standards, developing and debugging software, integrating systems, and implementing algorithms to meet performance goals. The ideal candidate has front end experience, translates UX/UI designs into accessible, production-ready interfaces, and mentor's junior developers while collaborating closely with system engineers and product stakeholders to resolve technical problem areas. The position will support one of our government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD. Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Candidate Referral: Do you know someone who would be GREAT at this role?
