As a technician with our team, you will have one of the most critical roles—testing and troubleshooting units to keep our customers flying. External candidates will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000. What You Will Do Testing a variety of electronic units using prescribed test procedures Setting up and operating various test stands Configuring test equipment for special tests as needed Interpreting and recording test results Recognizing and isolating test equipment failures Using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electronic units to the sub-assembly and component level Reading and interpreting technical data such as component maintenance manuals, engineering prints, and schematics Communicating work status to team members and support staff (e.g. shift pass down, engineering, maintenance) Utilizing theory of electronic circuitry and electrical components Reading and interpret technical data Writing in a clear and concise technical manner Utilizing computer skills and software applications 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm for ~60 days. What You Will Learn Enhance your skills in testing and troubleshooting in electronic components. Gain insights into reading and interpreting complex technical data and engineering prints. Learn best practices in chemical handling and workplace safety. Develop effective communication and teamwork skills within a collaborative environment. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Experience with reading or interpreting schematics, blueprints, or technical drawings. Experience with using multimeters or oscilloscopes.
