ICF is seeking a motivated 2027 Summer Intern, Technology Alliances Operations Analyst to join our growing Technology Ecosystem Alliances team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting strategic technology partnerships while developing skills in analytics, business operations, partner enablement, process improvement, and ecosystem strategy. You will work alongside alliance leaders, business development professionals, marketers, and technology practitioners to help drive alliance growth and operational excellence.
This is an entry-level, 10-week, full-time internship expected to begin in June and end in August. Work will hybrid from Reston, VA. Pay is expected to be $23 per hour. At this time, we are unable to provide housing nor relocation assistance for this position .
What You’ll Do
Support alliance reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and operational analytics.
Assist with CRM data quality reviews, opportunity tracking, and deal registration activities.
Help prepare business reviews, presentations, and partner meeting materials.
Support partner certification, designation, and enablement programs through tracking, communications, and reporting.
Assist with maintaining alliance documentation, knowledge repositories, and operational playbooks.
Conduct research on partner programs, technology trends, and ecosystem initiatives.
Support partner-funded programs, incentives, and investment tracking.
Contribute to partner-facing and internal content, including presentations, battlecards, newsletters, and sales assets.
Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on automation, reporting efficiency, and operational consistency.
Explore how AI-powered tools can improve alliance operations, reporting, and communications.
Basic Qualifications
By start date, a minimum of 15 completed college-level credit hours in business, Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Management, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.
Due to federal contract requirements, US Citizenship or Permanent Work Authorization is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, or SharePoint.
Familiarity with business reporting, dashboards, data analysis, or project coordination activities.
Interest in technology partnerships, consulting, business operations, or strategic growth initiatives.
Interest in cloud platforms, enterprise software, AI technologies, and partner ecosystems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Curiosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies and business processes.
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, research, content development, or analysis.
