Position Overview: The 2027 K-Star Analyst Program is an opportunity for you to join a leading investment services firm, directly out of your undergraduate career. We are recruiting for the Special Servicing Analyst Program at K-Star. These programs (July 2027 – July 2029) offer deep exposure to the full credit lifecycle and clear learning and development milestones. At the conclusion of the program, exceptional performers may be offered continued employment based on mutual interest and business needs. Special Servicing Analyst Program Analysts will rotate through three Special Servicing functions, spending eight months with each of the Asset Management, Due Diligence, and Portfolio Analytics teams, gaining foundational exposure to the key tenets of the business and developing the core competencies for success. On the Asset Management team, analysts will help with resolution management and modification of loan provisions with the goal of preserving collateral for non-performing loans. On the Due Diligence team, Analysts will help evaluate risk factors and pricing and present scenario analysis to aid in decision making. On the Portfolio Analytics team, Analysts will help monitor and report on the sponsor/borrower, underlying assets, market conditions and identify and mitigate risk. Qualified candidates will also be expected to participate in special projects and assignments related to the growth of the platform.
