With clients across the world, this is an opportunity to gain exposure to   a global   business while helping companies protect their brands and build strong customer relationship   How you will   make   an impact     AIG’s   S ummer   I nterns are immersed in the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving, global insurance company.   During the   9 -week program ,   y ou will gain valuable, hands-on experience and insurance industry knowledge ,   work ing   with leaders on dynamic projects, with   plenty of   opportunity for challenges,   learning   and achievement.    S ummer   I nterns join one of our   key   business   teams , which   offers   a unique opportunity to obtain core technical knowledge and professional skills in a diverse environment. In addition to   meaningful on-the-job experiences ,   interns will join instructor - led masterclasses,   hear directly from senior   leaders, and build meaningful connections through mentoring circles, networking   events   and volunteering.    Following completion of   the internship program, interns may be considered for a role in the location where they completed their internship, with the Analyst program beginning in July 2028 .   Responsibilities     Support the development and management of warranty, service   contract , and protection programs for clients across a variety of industries.   Partner with underwriting, operations, claims, technology, and client management teams to deliver effective solutions and support program needs.   Assist   in analyzing program performance, customer trends, and business information to   identify   opportunities for improvement and growth.   Support client relationships by helping understand business needs and delivering solutions that enhance   the customer   experience.   Assist   with day-to-day program activities, including reporting, documentation, and coordination across internal and external partners.   Develop knowledge of AIG’s Warranty & Service Programs business while building analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.   Minimum Qualifications Our Early Careers programs are designed for students and recent graduates who are beginning their professional careers, generally within one year of completing their degree. Education Requirements   Bachelor’s or Master’s   degree to be received no later than June 2028 (unofficial transcript   required   upon application).   Program Requirements   Available for the complete Summer Internship Program from June 7 through August 6, 2027.   Summer Intern positions are in-person opportunities, requiring interns to work in the office at least four days per week.   Core Qualifications   Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.   Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.   Ability   to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.   Preferred Qualifications    Preferred majors include Risk Management & Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or   a related field .   Demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement.      Application Deadline Applications will be accepted through October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
