What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer and job site locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required vehicle documentation. Verify load accuracy and maintain product quality during transport and delivery. Build positive customer relationships through professional and timely service. Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while supporting team objectives. What Are We Looking For Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record. Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment. Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and quality service. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing business needs. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
